How do I install my eSIM?
You need a stable internet connection to install your eSIM. You can activate it by scanning the QR code or entering the details manually you get via email after purchasing. You can find step-by-step instructions under the “How to Use” section on each product page. We recommend setting it up before travelling for instant activation upon arrival.
How long does it take to activate a new eSIM?
Activation typically takes less than 30 seconds after receiving your QR code. However, network coverage and device settings may slightly affect activation times.
Usage and Features
How many eSIMs can I have on my device?
This depends on your device model. Some allow multiple eSIM profiles, but usually, only one can be active at a time. You can also use a physical SIM alongside an eSIM.
Can I make calls or send SMS with a ReloadNow eSIM?
Currently, ReloadNow eSIMs are data-only and do not support traditional calls or SMS. However, you can use apps like WhatsApp, Telegram, and Skype for calls and messaging.
Can I use WhatsApp with an eSIM?
Yes! WhatsApp works seamlessly with an eSIM. Once verified, you can use it even if you switch SIM cards, as it remains linked to your original number.
Can I share my eSIM data via a hotspot?
Yes, you can use your eSIM data to enable a personal hotspot and share your connection.

Does my eSIM come with a phone number?
